Abduction Narrative

The rooms zig-zagged. The figure
slid through the hall. I covered my face
when he slid into mine. Was it my room?

Whose room was I in? The figure
ducked into the hall. I was in the city.
I did what I didn’t want to do.

I was visiting a man I barely
knew. I’m not describing this
accurately. He was faceless. The figure.

I watched me from the hall.
I said yes then I said no. The figure
slid through the hall.
